Apparently there’s this little film called Star Wars. I was approached to create a cake. This galactic undertaking certainly tested my skills with a light saber, palette knife. Stuffed full of chocolate, with a chocolate Han Solo being transported to your mouth (carbonite is not readily available to me yet) and a BB-8 made of rice crispy squares (should that be rounds?), this cake was a massive hit for a double kids birthday. One was 8, the other was 40.
